Individual Apple Cobbler

2 cups of apples peeled and sliced
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
3 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons butter OR margarine

Directions: toss apples in cinnamon,sugar and lemon juice divide apples between 2 - 10 oz. ungreased custard dishes combine flour, sugar and baking powder, then stir in milk just till moistened, then spoon over apples Bake 400 degrees for 20 minutes or till brown serves 2 serve warm with ice cream or cool whip

For diabetics, substitute the brown sugar for 3 tablespoons brown sugar substitute, And for the regular sugar use 2 packets of Equal or Sweet and Low.
