Here, you found a rarity when it comes to Saint Paul. The heights you may have seen around the internet have never been completely confirmed, so a lot of false numbers are out there. I personally visited City Hall and scraped through some topographic maps to get the real numbers on some of the downtown buildings. Unfortunately, since maps only date to 1985, I was unable to confirm many newer buildings, but many of their numbers are generally correct I believe (from observation). Take a look at these heights, based off numbers from city records. For legal purposes, no numbers from the city will be specifically posted, and these are calculations based of the average topography of the street compared to the building. Also, these are provided to the public free and will not, for any reason, be used in any way that may result in profit.
