Your page must be Anime Related.
Your page must be on Angelfire or fortunecity, or you must be able to use the copy and paste feature. ^^; I can't access anything else.
You *and this is an absolute must* have to have at least started your page. Do I look like a slave?
You must have a valid e-mail account. This can easilly be gotten at Hotmail.
You must be able to upload and download graphics.
You have to ask nicely. ^^
