I can remember the night like it was yesterday i sat down in the seats with my mom, dad, and my oldest brother. The whole time before the show me and my bro sat there discussing Bruce through the years and what songs we'd love to hear tonight. Then the pre-show music stops abruptly and out walks the history makin' E Street Band one by one and then there he is the Boss I had waited 17 years for this moment well ok 14 because I am 17 but still. And here comes the count off 1...2...3...4.. "Cold rain runnin' down the front of my shirt....." and there it was the first words of the night started off with 'Don't Look Back' a song that was debuted that night a song taken off the Tracks Box Set. I didn't know the song too well but i was rockin' along anyways. And then it was over and 1...2...3...4.. and bam he goes into 'The Ties That Bind' I love this song so I'm screamin' the lyrics and whatnot. And little by little Bruce sucks us farther into a dream world one by one with amazing songs like Prove It All Night, Two Hearts, Something In The Night, Factory, Point Blank, and Youngstown. And then the low thumping of the bass drum can be heard as Youngstown has ended and I sat there wondering I think I know what this is. Now at that point I was a huge fan of the Greatest Hits album. And there goes Bruce A 1..2..3..4.. and BAM right into the Guitar riff or 'Murder Incorporated' I was lovin' every second of this hard rock song. And then he blasts into 'Badlands' and everytime he screams BADLANDS into the mic everyone is pumping their fists and the lights are flashing. And of course he hit 'Out In The Street' which I think is such a fun song. And then the song I had been waiting for 1...2...3...4... and there it was 'Tenth Avenue Freeze-Out' in all its glory i went berzerk at this point i was jumpin up and down pumpin my fist in the air screamin' every single lyric at the top of my lungs makin' my voice crack from time to time. Then he goes into an unknown song for me at that time called 'Janey Don't You Lose Heart' another tour debute off of the Tracks Box Set. And then more gems like: Working On The Highway, The Ghost Of Tom Joad, Meeting Across The River, Jungleland, Light Of Day, and Bobby Jean. And then there it was A 1..2.. the drum beat fast and steady the begining of Born To Run. Once again i go nuts as every single light in the stadium blares on and you see every face some in tears with joy some smilin'. Me i was pumpin my fists to every word. Then the show begins to end: Thunder Road, If I Should Fall Behind, and a new song entiteld 'Land Of Hope And Dreams'. The man himself thanks the crowd waves at everyone last time and steps off the stage thats it. The night was over and i have never been the same since that moment.
