Laidlaw Enterprises was founded in 1977 and has never failed to meet an interest or principal payment. 12% simple annual interest is paid on a monthly basis at 1% per month. You must have a valid mailing address for interest payments to be sent. If you do not want interest payments sent to you, the 1% monthly interest will be added to principal, resulting in slightly higher annual interest (known as compounded interest).

You may request all or partial principal amount at any time with 30 days' notice. No interest will be paid after withdrawing funds. $29 fee if your investment check bounces, there are no other fees of any kind. No interest will be paid on funds deposited with bounced check. $10,000 maximum investment allowed from any one person, company or address. Higher amounts pay less interest but principal is guaranteed by 20-year US Government Bonds, held in your name, by you (substantial penalty for early withdrawl)
