West & Gordon are trying to infiltrate a Chinese Opium smuggling ring when the situation becomes just a bit more complex. Artemus is taken hostage by one of the two sects battling for power of the Hunan Province- aka Opium central, and Jim has no choice but to help that sect return the rightful heir to the Hunan throne to China. But the other sect -- The Crimson Dragon -- won't giving up that easy. Their leader, an Englishman called Allenby-Smythe is also after the Princess and Jim must fight Smythe to get the Princess on board a ship to China before midnight or Artie dies. Perhaps director John Carpenter saw this episode when he wrote the movie Big Trouble In Little China
