Stars David Caruso, Emily Procter, Adam Rodriguez, Khandi Alexander, Jonathan Togo, Rex Linn, and Eva La Rue. 8-9pm -- The First 48 - 83 - Shooting Spree/Lady in the Fire In Detroit, Officer Anthony Wright Jr. is investigating the death of a man found shot behind an abandoned house. Then Wright learns that just minutes after the homicide there had been a second shooting--and it's on tape. In Memphis, when a woman is found dead inside a house fire, Sergeant Kevin Lundy, who spent over a year working in arson, is called to the scene. He discovers that the victim had been shot, and was likely killed by someone she knew. Lundy must find out who she had been with in the hours before her murder. 9-10pm -- The First 48 - 80 - About Face/Backyard Murder On a rainy night in Detroit, Sgt. Mike Martel finds a young man shot to death in a neighborhood yard. Martel finds he must rely on a friend of the victim's to help him close the case. And in Miami, Detectives Castillo and Castellanos work the murder of a young man brutally shot in broad daylight. To find their suspect they need to persuade the community to come forward and tell detectives what they saw. 10-11pm -- Crime 360 - Deadly Secrets Lead Homicide Detective Wally Everett and his partner Detective Mike Smith, are called out to a crime scene where a body lays hidden between some hedges and the porch of the victim's grandmother's house. The victim, a male, is face down. Strewn around the front lawn are seven bullet casings, evidence suggesting that the victim was shot multiple times. As detectives investigate the immediate area, they discover clues of the victim's alternate lifestyle -- and they wonder if that may be a clue to the motive behind his murder. Each piece of evidence takes them closer to their suspect. ______________________________ ______________________ Friday, May 2, 2008 ______________________________ ______________________ 7-8pm -- CSI: MIAMI - 90 - Double Jeopardy After a man is acquitted of murdering his wife, the CSI team finds evidence that he did the deed. A down-and-out former Secret Service agent (Bruce Willis) teams up with a down-and-out former pro football quarterback (Damon Wayans) to investigate the murder of a stripper (a young Halle Berry). Along the way, they stumble on a plot by a sleazy football team owner and his political pals to legalize gambling on sports. Directed by Tony Scott (Top Gun) and written by Shane Black (Lethal Weapon). (1991) 8-10pm -- Under Siege - Movie. Steven Seagal fans and everyone else who likes action adventures will have a blast with this one. Seagal stars as a Navy cook who battles a band of nuclear terrorists who seize control of Seagal's ship. Co-stars Gary Busey as the evil mastermind of the plot. (1992) 10-11pm -- The First 48 - 03 - Overkill/Left for Dead Miami homicide detectives race against time in the critical first hours of investigation to find the evidence necessary to charge two suspects in a brutal murder case; and police find a man who's been shot and left for dead, but with no evidence, witnesses, or even a name for their victim, the detectives have got their work cut out for them. As these detectives race against time during the critical first hours of their investigations, they must enter a dark subculture of drugs, guns, and buried safes. 8-9pm -- The First 48 - 67 - Final Investment/Writing on the Wall In Memphis, a well-loved neighborhood investor is shot, and the only eyewitness is a young girl on her way home from school. Sgt. Mitch Oliver and his team must persuade the girl's mother to let her talk to police. And in Miami, the murder of a homeless man appears to involve the notorious MS-13 gang. Detective Aguilar and his team follow a mysterious trail of graffiti that they hope will lead to the killer. 9-10pm -- The First 48 - 53 - Family Secrets/Clipped In Memphis, a young couple goes missing. Fearing the worst, family members contact authorities for help. So the Memphis Homicide team finds themselves in an unusual situation: instead of investigating the loss of a life, they may be able to save one. In Miami, detectives are faced with the puzzling case of a young man shot behind a barbershop. With each new discovery, detectives get closer and closer to the truth. They ultimately realize that things aren't exactly as they appear. 10-11:14pm -- The Sopranos - 73 - Johnny Cakes Vito is tempted to start a new romance while he's on the lam in New Hampshire while Tony deals with his own temptations when he meets a sexy real estate agent. Not knowing how else to cope Sara turned to Crystal Meth, and now uses every day, all day if she can. A self-labeled "junkie," Sara has lost everything, including custody of her daughter. She currently lives with her parents and exists in an endless cycle of drugs, stealing, lying, drug testing, and court appearances. Her family says the only hope for Sara is an Intervention. 9-10pm -- Intervention - 56 - Tressa Tressa, 32, attended college on a track and field scholarship and became one of the world's top female shot-putters, earning a spot on the U.S. Olympic team. But Tressa's dreams were shattered when a routine drug test revealed that she had been living a double life as an Olympic hopeful and an IV drug user. With her Olympic career in shambles, Tressa uses crystal meth daily as her life spirals out of control. Can her family step in and save Tressa before she loses not only her career, but her life? 10-11pm -- The First 48 - 43 - The Witness/The Trunk Miami detectives Ricky Martinez and Fernando Bosch investigate the double homicide of a husband and wife. As they race against the clock to find the killer, they discover that their best witness in the case tragically also has the most at stake. And in Memphis, Sgt. Ron Collins and his team must solve the mystery behind a car discovered on the edge of town. The car's owner had given the keys to her boyfriend three days earlier and he has been missing ever since. In Dallas, detective PE Jones faces the ultimate whodunit when he finds the charred remains of a body in a burning car. With 35 years as a cop under his belt, Jones uses old-fashioned footwork to find justice. 9-10pm -- The First 48 - 58 - Get that Money/Senseless In Kansas City, Missouri, a young man is found dead in the middle of an apartment complex. With no leads or witnesses, Detective Ed Begley is hoping the victim's cell phone can help him find the killer. In Memphis, a case gets personal for Sgt. Caroline Mason when a woman is killed in the neighborhood where she grew up. 10-10:30pm -- Gene Simmons Family Jewels - 45 - Something's Fishy Gene's business trip to Seaworld turns into a family outing as Shannon, Tracy and Tracy's twin 4-year old sons' Jake and Hunter tag along. When a combination of food poisoning and Gene's poor driving put Shannon and Tracy down for the count it is up to Uncle Gene to take the twins to Seaworld for the day. Unfortunately, Gene takes two kids, but comes home with one. 10:30-11pm -- Gene Simmons Family Jewels - 49 - Ladies of the Night Gene's research for a book documenting the history of prostitution gets him in trouble. Meanwhile, Nick gets a surprise visit from an old friend that causes tension with his girlfriend. ______________________________ ______________________ Wednesday, May 7, 2008 ______________________________ ______________________ 7-8pm -- CSI: MIAMI - 93 - Dead Air A kidnapped woman desperately makes a call for help on her cell phone, but she dials the wrong number. To crack the case, Horatio and the team will have to find the real person she was really trying to call. Meanwhile, Natalia is asked out by Ryan, and then is stunned to learn that he asked Delko's permission to date her. The list of suspects includes the man's wife, whom he met at the beginning of the cruise and married just three days before he died, the ship's shady captain, and even the ship magician. Stars David Caruso, Emily Procter, Adam Rodriguez, Khandi Alexander, Jonathan Togo, Rex Linn, and Eva La Rue, and guest stars James Remar and Keith Barry. 8-9pm -- The First 48 - 63 - Live to Tell/Field of Lies In Miami, Ricardo John catches his first case as lead detective: a young woman apparently raped and murdered in a vacant lot. In Dallas, Detectives Scott Sayers and Kenneth Penrod investigate a home invasion that left one man dead and his fiancée critically wounded. The case hangs on whether the surviving witness can identify her attackers. 9-10pm -- The First 48 - 101 - Dropped Call/Derailed In Tucson, a young man is found shot to death on the street. Detectives Bill Hanson and Mike Carroll follow two clues that could lead to a suspect -- a dropped cell phone and a pawnshop slip tucked in the victim's pocket. In Memphis, Sergeant Debo Carson investigates the brutal murder of a woman whose body was found dumped on the railroad tracks. The case takes a dramatic turn when a tip comes in about a man who may know details about the murder that were never released to the media. 10-11pm -- Crime 360 - Final Call In the dead of night, Homicide Detectives, Thompson and Pence are called out to a bloody crime scene: a body, riddled with bullets, is found on a porch in a residential neighborhood. Detectives find the tenant asleep in the house, but they don't know if he is a suspect or a potential witness. The tenant knows the victim, but claims to have no knowledge of the murder, and he seems to have a seal-tight alibi. Evidence at the crime scene: the body, the blood, the victim's broken cell phone and a broken vase, all paint a portrait as to how the crime went down. According to the victim's family, he had no known enemies. A search warrant, along with analysis of the evidence and 3D crime scene scans; help to rule out a suspect. With no suspects or leads, Thompson turns to a recording of the victim's 911 call. And DNA taken from an eyelash found on a dead prostitute's body brings a killer to justice. 8-9pm -- The First 48 - 19 - Roadside Burning/Blood Ties In Dallas, a motorist passing along a highway discovers a man's body with a knife wound to the chest and his genitals burnt up; the shocking riddle of this scene propels the detectives on an odyssey through a rowdy world of Texas prostitutes and drugs. And when a hard working Mexican migrant supporting his young family is found dead in an apartment complex parking lot, detectives can't find a motive. As their investigation deepens, the detectives must navigate through a complex web of family ties to identity the killer...and catch him before he can flee across the border to Mexico. 9-10pm -- The First 48 - 77 - Floated Away/Tagged In Dallas, Det. Dan Lusty and the homicide squad find a man with his throat slashed floating in a creek. The mystery deepens when they dig deeper into the victim's personal life. And in Memphis, Sgt. Kevin Lundy and his team investigate the murder of a 19-year-old man gunned down in the middle of a street. They soon find a witness whose story turns the investigation on its head. 10-11pm -- The First 48 - 32 - Fifty Dollar Murder/Murder in Liberty City In Memphis, TN a store clerk is shot during a robbery at a convenience store. Sgt. Connie Justice and Sgt. Ron Collins find extensive forensic evidence at the scene but none of it points to a suspect. Their only hope is surveillance cameras that captured the violent struggle on tape. They hope this will give them the lead they need to i.d. the killer. In Miami, Sgt. Jose "Pepi" Granado and rookie detective Armando Aguilar are confronted with a dead victim and a wounded man at two crime scenes just blocks apart. See how Montana detectives flush their wolf from the creek--25 years later. And when 15-year-old papergirl Penny Parker goes missing, her body is found by a search volunteer. Watch cold case detectives find a genetic trace, 24 years later, to the volunteer. 8-9pm -- The First 48 - 54 - Broken Alibis/A Good Woman Miami homicide detective Freddy Ponce is called to the brutal beating death of a homeless man. After finding what he believes is the suspect, Ponce's case takes an unexpected turn. In Kansas, a grandmother is found stabbed to death in her kitchen. Detective Ray Lenoir hunts down several potential leads, but it is the forensic evidence that finally reveals their suspect. 9-10pm -- The First 48 - 95 - American Dream / Easter Sunday In Memphis, a man who fled the war in Bosnia is found shot dead in his truck. A surveillance video could lead Sgt. Joe Stark and his team to their suspects. In Detroit, a young father striving to escape life on the street turns up dead in the back of a car. Tips from his family could lead Sgt. Constance Slappey to the killer. ______________________________ ______________________ Monday, May 12, 2008 ______________________________ ______________________ 7-8pm -- CSI: MIAMI - 96 - Rampage All hell breaks loose at the Mala Noche trial in the Biscayne County Courthouse when defendant Raphael Sifuentes escapes. Then things get even worse when someone very close to Caine is shot during the ensuing manhunt. Stars David Caruso, Emily Procter, Adam Rodriguez, Khandi Alexander, Jonathan Togo, Rex Linn, and Eva La Rue, and guest stars Alana De La Garza and Lobo Sebastian. 8-9pm -- Intervention - 14 - Corrine Corinne is a pretty 18 year-old blonde girl who was an honor roll student, star athlete and played the clarinet and saxophone. She started using drugs at 14 after being sexually abused by a neighborhood boy who babysat her. Still striving to move forward while battling her addictions, she completed her GED and began college, finishing two semesters before dropping out. Now, Corinne has become addicted to a deadly combination of heroin and crystal meth. Corinne likes the "speedball effect" -- the dangerous result of overlapping meth and heroin usage. Corinne is also a diabetic who requires insulin, but she often skips her doses because she is so high. After repeated trips to the emergency room, her family is expecting, any minute, to hear that they've lost her for good. 9-10pm -- Intervention - 51 - Emily Emily, 26, grew up struggling to meet her parents' high expectations. Despite winning many academic and athletic honors, Emily suffered from depression and low self-esteem, and her shameful feelings intensified when she became a date-rape victim in college. She dieted in hopes of regaining control of her emotions and life, but now she weighs less than 90 pounds. Her family's last hope is an intervention that will stop her from starving herself to death. 10-11pm -- The First 48 - 35 - Point Blank/Shoot Out Memphis Sergeants respond to an unusual scene, a dead man hunched over a swing set. Working with clues found on the crime scene, Sergeants piece together information and locate potential witnesses. The case takes an unexpected turn when they are able to locate and crack an uncooperative witness. In Miami, Detective Fernando Bosch investigates a murder that takes him across state lines. On a desperate search to find the killer of a man who died in Miami, their leads take them to a potential suspect who has reportedly fled to Atlanta. Determined to end the Mala Noches' reign of terror for good, Horatio and the team get one final shock--they discover the identity of the mole in the CSI lab. Meanwhile, Sophie's internship for a fashion designer turns into her strutting the catwalk during L.A. As they fight against the clock and a snowstorm, the team soon realizes that the killer may be closer than they think. 10-11pm -- Crime 360 - Blood on the Tracks Detectives Tim Entenok and Joselito Sandoval are called to a crime scene at Brookside Park at 11:00 am, where a missing person is found dead in a 4-foot-diameter sewage drain, in a remote section of the park. The body is found 300 feet deep in the pipe, which has been draining a constant flow of rainwater. When Entenok takes a closer look at the body, he notices that it is maggot-infested: an indication that the body has been in the pipe for over a week. The victim's head, surrounded by a dried pool of blood, seems to have bullet holes, but the maggots preclude an accurate visual assessment. Only an autopsy will determine the cause of death. Meanwhile Sandoval scours the nearby train tracks for additional evidence. A few rocks, stained with a blood-like substance, are collected. Each passing hour gives suspects more time to flee, witnesses more time to forget what they saw, and crucial evidence more time to be lost forever. Follow detectives from around the country during these critical hours as they race against time to find the suspect. 10-11pm -- Crime 360 - Bad Blood Detectives Hank Veverka and Tom Armelli are called to a possible crime scene. The coroner arrives and finds that the victim's body shows signs of blunt force trauma to the head. While still on scene, the detectives respond to a call from a woman who claims that she was watching the news story of the crime and she believes that the body they found may be her nephew--who had been missing since the previous night. When Detectives Veverka and Armelli arrive at the woman's house, she tells them that she had seen a trail of blood leading upstairs to her nephew's bedrooms the day before. She also reveals that her nephew and his brother have a troubled past, and detectives piece together the evidence to discover what happened. ____________________________________________________ Friday, May 30, 2008 ____________________________________________________ 7-8pm -- CSI: MIAMI - 11 - Camp Fear The team investigates the strange deaths of a model found near a juvenile detention camp and a man who looks like he's been burned to death from the inside out. David Caruso, Kim Delaney, Emily Procter, Rory Cochrane, Adam Rodriguez and Khandi Alexander star. 9-10pm -- CSI: MIAMI - 55 - Crime Wave Miami is threatened by a tsunami, and residents have only 10 hours to flee to higher ground. In the midst of the bedlam, Horatio and the team rush to thwart a bank robbery timed to take advantage of the evacuation. Steven Seagal fans and everyone else who likes action adventures will have a blast with this one. Seagal stars as a Navy cook who battles a band of nuclear terrorists who seize control of Seagal's ship. Co-stars Gary Busey as the evil mastermind of the plot. (1992) 8-10pm -- The Andromeda Strain - Part 1 Movie. A U.S. satellite falls to Earth in Piedmont, Utah. When civilians decide to open it a mysterious plague is unleashed that kills virtually everyone, often driving them into acts of mad violence before they die. As the army quarantines the area, a team of highly specialized scientists is assembled to stop the spread of the pathogen, code-named Andromeda. As scientists race to find what kills Andromeda, it continues to spread and mutate. A reporter sees a government conspiracy is afoot and discovers that murderous forces want him silenced. Benjamin Bratt, Eric McCormack, and Ricky Schroder star. (2007) 10-12am -- The Andromeda Strain - Part 2 Movie. The Wildfire team theorizes that Andromeda may have been intentionally sent as part of an alien invasion force. They discover that a specific, rare bacterium can destroy Andromeda and race to manufacture enough to stop the outbreak. Just before the outbreak can become uncontainable, the bacteria is dropped into the infected zone and kills Andromeda, but a military attempt to save a sample of Andromeda leads to an outbreak within the underground lab. The team must race to stop a nuclear countdown designed as a last defense against a lab breach--a blast that could feed Andromeda and reignite the outbreak. According to Ripley's Believe It Or Not, the 800-mile long Aruwimi River, which flows through the Aruwimi Forest in the Congo, was unwittingly named by famous explorer David Livingstone.
