Olivia Wishes to Thank: As always, first and foremost, I thank God for breath, my family and friends, and the series of experiences called life. Without him, I wouldn't be here and none of this would have come together. Pop and Mom, our battles are less frequent about my staying up until the odd hours of the morning, and then almost not being able to wake up in time for class. But you continue to hit me with pillows, roll me out of bed, and push me out the door. I know I should've finished this May, but I'm glad you're finally accepting and supportive of the change in my major and the "five years instead of four." One more year, guys! I'm almost there! Hey bro, thanks again for exposing me to Photo Shop 6.0 and the critique on the site. It's a good sign that we're finally closing the seven years between us. Jaclyn, the original member of my *NSYNC Sorority. Things have changed, but the countless memories of our concert experiences (and everything in-between) will always mean something. Nutter Butters, lost wallets, purple feather boas, the "Bye Bye Bye" choreography, singing *NSYNC songs on karaoke night, the lengths we've gone to for tickets...the list goes on! Muchas amor, mi crunkalicious chica! =) Brit, I still can't thank you enough for establishing this joint, and trusting me with it. You continue to be a great friend and support, and are one of the awesomest chics I can't wait to meet and cause some damage with. lol...and the invitation still stands, if you ever wanna come out and visit! I miss seeing you online, and am always looking forward to your emails, because it's good to see how you're doing. Take care, and give Veronica a hug for me. =) Beck, my twin sister, who I'm glad I found. Where do I even begin? I meant it when I said that even though we've only known each other for a little over a year, it feels like we've been friends for ages. From the get-go, you and I had this strong bond that I'll never understand, but that I truly appreciate. Thanks for listening, understanding, inspiring me, laughing with me, and jading Detroit WHAT?! with me. =) You - along with Lux, Tabz and Mel - helped make the summer of 2001 the best of my life. YAY BUDDY!® I still don't mind going through those phone cards...our infinite inside jokes are well worth it. "And we can make sandwiches!" Yo lo amo más que su hermano, pero usted no lo puede decir eso. I luff you, sis. PS: I licked Buddy for you and he said, "Stop doing that! I luff you too, kiddo. =P" Lux, What up, DORK?! LMAO We first met up at the Innosense concert last year, and we've been running a muck ever since. Whether rockin' out at concerts, bopping along in my car, or stealing posters at basketball games, we stand by our motto: WE ARE NOT ASHAMED! IT'S JUST ABOUT RESPECT! Random note: Nobody goes to Denny's for breakfast. lol I know you can't wait to become a New Yorker, but you'll always be my hometown homegirl. "Do you wanna visit the nuts?" lolol...I'm glad I have someone to be nutty with, and I'm blessed for the madness that IS our friendship. Peace and love, girl. We're gonna have a kick-ass summer! ORLANDO OR BUST! Challenge for the Children 2002! =) Alli, hiya babydoll! lol ;) Aside from Becca, I probably spend the most time on the phone with you. I appreciate our 3-4 hour conversations, where we spark humor ideas, as well as insight on this crazy journey called life. Though it didn't happen for the Celebrity Tour, I can't wait to finally meet up...whether I head to Philly or you come to Detroit WHAT?! Off the record, I'm sorry I can't let you read any more of "the epic." You've seen more than enough, and if I show you anymore, I'd have to kill you. Don't pout - you know I still love ya! MUAH! Tabz, WHAT ARE YOUUUUU DOING?! Oh my Lord, I dunno what to say. We may have started off on the wrong foot, but you probably wouldn't know it judging by my visit with ya. For everything that went wrong, something even better happened. Soundcheck sucked, but then...we wouldn't have ended up in Bowie. LMAO The whole rest of the trip was insane. It was great to spend a week "playing NSYNC" with a fellow twenty-bopper and friend. Thanks again for driving two hours to the airport to pick me up and drop me off, and taking a bubbly, crazed stranger into your home and life. I miss ya, and I can't wait to do it all over again. TWO STEP! Congratulations on the happy occasion; you can bet I will find a way to get my busted ass out there to personally wish you well. Until then, take care and give Koty and Skye hugs for me. =) | Mel, I said it once, I'll say it again: I love you for convincing me to get a ticket to Jackson. =) I had the best time at the concert and hanging with you all over town. Your dad and stepmom were nice, your stepbro is a trip, and your mom and Melissa were brave for not being embarrassed to be seen with me. ROFL Really, I'm glad y'all didn't mind letting a bouncy, talkative stranger into your lives for a few days. GO LITTLEFOOT!® "Sadness sets in due to the realization that the concert is over." I seriously miss you, chica; my vacation with you was the perfect end to an *nbelievable summer. I look forward to doing it again! Love ya! Jules, Hello? Jooolie...where ARE you? *sob* Geez, we haven't met yet, but have we been through a lot. From late night chats and inside jokes, to SteveR letters and poser patrol, it's been one hell of a ride. I saw a dream weaver the other day and thought about you. And I sure as hell can't go into Victoria's Secret without laughing to myself. lolol I know we've drifted a little, but know I still luff ya and am here for ya. Can't wait to finally meet and give you a HUGE hug. Take care, homeskillet. MUAH! Macky, you didn't think I'd forget about my other Stories co-editor, did you? lol =) We've both been busy and working on various things, but your contributions to the site and your opinion on my stories are appreciated. I can't wait to read more of your work and see what you've been up to. Stay sweet. Em, my sexy partner in crime. It rocks how the two of us are always on the same wavelength, whether it's chattin' it up about Josh and Chris, or relating funny stereotypical pinoy stories. =) I'm thankful you honestly understand how I feel about this mess called life, and that I can share my laughter and tears. Like Becca, right off the bat, we've had this great friendship. I'm postitive NJEF and GU&GD will continue our great sistership in the future. Stay down and stay brown, chic. I luff ya! Ter, I'm sorry we didn't get to meet at the concert. The Palace was a nuthouse, and there were 150 billion things going on. But maybe we can meet up at Great Lakes this summer. Afterall, we humor editors and homegirls have to stick together. Thanx for helping me with articles and being so funny. =) Kimmie, thanks a billion for being my boulder. You're always there to see me through the highs and lows of NJEF, and more importantly, my life. Thank you for that, and the friendship we've established since my "friends" first popped in on our convos. We're a great writing team, and I still have faith that CrunkNCrazy Productions will finish the series of *nformercials, and the highly anticipated "epic." I love ya, woman! =) Sheri Shaw, you are one hell of a singer. Thank you for your music, and for being a great friend even though we haven't personally met yet. Thanks for looking out for me, Bex, Jules, and the rest of the crew...and making sure PopOdyssey was everything it should've been...you know what I'm talking about. Liv would also like to thank: The past editors of EF (Amy, Alex, Nikki, Brianne, Missy, Mary, Nina, Kari); Hal (I miss ya!); the FRO (COME BACK!); my former coworkers (who I miss..."I LIKE HIS HAIR!"); David Duchovny (for still being, like WHOA!); the rest of the X-Files cast (it's been a great run!); Fumanskeeto (for my wardrobe, so I wouldn't be nekkid); Johnny (MAD luff from one of yer Angels); Anthony and crew (for staying at our hotel and working the elevator); the entire Tony Lucca clan (for being super nice to me and Lucky - it was great meeting y'all!); Nikki & Mandi (you chics are the crunkest!); Jay Leno (for jocking our material); Conan O'Brien (for diggin' John Tesh's NBA theme song, and because Tae Kwan Do Jesus is just funnay); Super Bad Ass Sweet Daddy Jones (haha Russo...for supporting handicapped woodchucks); Paul my wonderful ticket broker (where would I be - sitting - without you?); all the gals I've met over the years standing in line for tickets; EVERYONE who's contributed something to NJEF, PLB & Stories; and everyone who's visited the sites, or subscribed to PLB, you guys are what keeps us updating. Toast to THREE YEARS! =) Last but not least, the guys that inspire me in many ways, and feel more like friends than anything. I covered my appreciation and love in my personal messages to y'all (even Wade and Steve), so I would just like to say to Josh, Chris, James, J, and Joe: Thank you for the memories...and for jading me and EF.
Love, |
