Genealogy Under Construction
In time, I will place a simple genealogy here for the Klenk families and associated families, including family trees, contact information, birthdays and anniversaries. Meanwhile, please send me whatever information you have, and I'll organize it on this site.
The main goal of this page is to build our genealogy backwards in time. At present we have a pretty good idea of our immediate family tree (grandparents, aunts and uncles, children, cousins and siblings). What I have never seen is a far-reaching genealogy of the families Klenk, Strandberg, Rude and Ecker. Who are the parents of Charles Klenk and Margaret Strandberg-Klenk? Alf Rude and Amanda Ecker-Rude? Who were their grandparents? Where and when were they all born?
If you have any information like this, I urge you to share it. Good genealogical research values even the most remote or tiny scrap of family information. Pieces you submit will one day connect with others.
I will do my utmost to respect and credit your work, to use the highest degree of accuracy, and to include as many branches of the family as possible.
