Simpson:
"When the recycling depot is up and we're into that full swing and we see how much of that waste is left over, a decision will be made at that time."
Herron:
"We voted at the referendum for an incinerator and that passed."
Lorenzen:
"The referendum passed by over 70%. The people wanted incineration...so let's get that incinerator."
Crawford:
"We wasted more money than what it would of cost for my incinerator."
Astrope:
"I'm in favour of incineration."
Almost 3 years later nothing has been done except the outpouring of excuses. Next election I am sure there will be a sudden out cry and concern for an incinerator by those who run again. I for one am not that gullible.
Also I am sure that all the people running will say that they are for incineration too. Round and round the merry-go-round we go. When it will stop, nobody knows.
