The problem with the PRCN is that they have for a long time been user unfriendly. They have always managed to maintain a policy that the customer is always wrong no matter what the problem. In the past they have offered users no support and got very annoyed when pressed for some.
Another major problem with the PRCN is that their on line log on timer screws up often. One time I received a huge bill for overtime. When I pressed them for some answers about the accuracy of the timer, I was then told that, "Our system never makes any errors!" After that they proceeded to cut me off line. Again I pressed them for some answers. Their next response was to take me to court.
I then went out to do some research and found many other people had also received massive overtime charges. One woman received an overtime charge of seventeen hundred dollars. She was told by the PRCN that, "Sorry, our system made an error." Note too that if there was any changes to be made, it all had to go through the board and voted on, and you couldn't vote unless you paid the standard ten dollar fee. So I then signed up and paid the fee, then the board blocked my power to vote by indicating that because I was not a member in good standing, I was not allowed to submit my application.
The thing I like about the new Armourtech Internet service is that if I have an idea for them, I just walk in the door and suggest it to them. No board meeting or ten dollar fee up front. They are also very helpful and polite, and I have had no problems with the system log on timer at all. Oh by the way. I never did get my ten dollars back from the PRCN. Geesh!
