Goldie passed away after the 2003 Patch after a short illness...he loved to see you all when you arrived at the Patch. Many noticed and commented on how he had slowed down last year and we thought it was just age but it turned out to be a lot more than that! He loved to greet each of you and all the buses and let everyone pet him so they'd get close enough so he could give them a BIG LICKING KISS...his color & stay at the farm always said "pumpkin"...I'll never forget how he used to "pick" the pumpkins and run with them in his mouth with pride or chase them as I rolled them down the path and then tease by KEEPING IT rather than bringing it back...He LOVED the Pumpkin Patch Season! He will be missed by so many and especially by all of us who live here at the Patch--we already feel the void BUT are SO THANKFUL for the 12 Patches we could share with him.
