The tools below are sold, "As Is" and brand new (unless otherwise noted). They will be shipped, "USPS PRIORITY" for smaller packages and boxes and "UPS" for larger boxes. Everything is insured unless it goes "International" then we ship accordingly. We make no claims that the following tools are free from defects but will not intentionally sell an item if it appears to be defective. We currently use all of the items in our own businesses(we own 2) and they have been of excellent quality for our own use. We will refund any item you purchase from us within 10 business days, minus shipping/handling and 10% restocking fee, as long as it is unused and in it's original, sealed package. Hammers, etc... anything sold without a package can be refunded as long as it is returned unused and unblemished. We will not refund damaged items!!!
