From the east, take I-94 to the Vandalia/Cretin exit and go south (left) on Cretin Avenue to Marshall Avenue. Turn west (right) on Marshall Avenue and exit north (right) onto East River Road just before the Marshall Ave/Lake Street bridge. Go north/northwest on East River Road to where the railroad trestle bridge crosses over East River Road, just south of the Shriner's Hospital. From the west, take I-94 to the Riverside exit and continue east from the exit a partial block along 9th Street to 26th Avenue South. Turn south (right) onto 26th Avenue South and proceed to Franklin Avenue. Turn east (left) onto Franklin Avenue, cross the Franklin Avenue Bridge over the Mississippi River, and turn south (right) onto East River Parkway. Proceed on East River Parkway
