December 23, 1999: Weschcke Park Christmas Lights Hike (West St. Paul)
Join Tom Ellerbe for a hike in West St. Paul and the wonderful neighborhood displays of Christmas lights in this part of the Metro area.
Take Highway 52 (Lafayette Freeway) south from downtown St. Paul to the Thompson/Wentworth exit. Proceed from the exit on the frontage road to Wentworth Avenue and turn west (right). Proceed on Wentworth Avenue past Robert Street to Smith Avenue, one long block past Charlton Street, and turn north (right) on Smith Avenue at the western edge of the park. Park at the northwest corner of Weschcke Park.
