Cockatiels. What is there to say about cockatiels... They are birds, loud, and messy. The end...

No, I am kidding. Smokey is the male. He has yellow circles where is cheek would be, dark grey on the top of his wings, and back also, his tail feathers. On his lower wings and stomach, he is a light grey to silver color.

Lady the female has been among the dead since October 29th, 1999. It is believed she died of natural causes, or an egg was stuck inside of her body. We are really unsure between those two conclusions. Smokey misses her a lot (they were brother and sister). I work really hard to keep him from feeling lonely. She had a yellow-green color combonation all throughout her body, and had very long tail feathers (longer than usual).

Smokey (and when she was alive) Lady would sing, sing, sing! Now a days, Smokey has gotten down mimicing most wild birds that sing outside his window during the day. He can do the cat bird the best, and it screws with our cats' heads.

Recently I bought a new bird. The neighbor sold her to me fairly cheap. She isn't very social, but we are working on her very much. Soon she won't be a little cannibal soon. The pics on the bottom of this page are of her. Her name is Spectrum.
