Aquarium Fish

I have been maintaining freshwater aquariums since 1991. At times I have had as many as eight or nine aquariums set up at the same time. Some of the types of fish that I have kept in my aquariums include tetras, african cichlids, south american cichlids, central american cichlids, loaches, catfish, livebearers, and native fish. Over the years, I have been fortunate enough to witness several fish spawn and raise their fry in my aquariums. These have included: various livebearers, Labidochromis caeruleus (yellow labidochromis), Convict cichlids, Tiger Barbs, Corydoras aeneus, Kribensis cichlids, Pseudotropheus zebra cichlids, African Peacock cichlids (sp. unknown), and others I can't remember.

I have maintained several saltwater aquariums also. Some were fish-only, and some were reef tanks. These have included several varieties of lionfish, damsels, a snowflake moray eel, a polka-dot grouper, a frog fish, a lemonpeel angel, a rock beauty angel, flame angels, tangs, clownfish, gobies, etc. I also have had several types of invertebrates. Some of these included brittle stars, anemones, sea urchins, hermit crabs, turbo snails, keyhole limpets, feather dusters, shrimp, etc.

I managed a pet shop for over three years and am certified by PIJAC as a freshwater fish specialist. (CFFS) I have helped hundreds of people set up and maintain their aquariums. I also have my own business of setting up and maintaining aquariums.

I have to locate some more photos for this page, I will try to add them soon!
