Who? You if you are looking for a place to live immediately and if you want to live with musicians in their 20s. Guys only (Sorry ladies: we love to have you visit, but that's enough.)
How Much? $370.00/month. This includes utilities and etc. Prompt payment on the 1st of every month is expected.
What do I get for my $370? One bedroom, use of the rest of the house. Must share a bathroom with one other person. We're pretty clean -- not perfect, but comfortable.
When can I move in? Immediately.
