D & D Characters and Adventures

I love playing Dungeons and Dragons, and right now I've got a very cool pair of characters, one for second edition and one for third. My third edition character is a Dwarven bard named Torgga Rumnaheim. A four-foot-one dwarf, with a war pony named Sven she scours the country with an interesting group of fighters, sorceresses, wizards, and clerics. The group consists of a paladin, a rouge, a fighter, a sorceress, a couple of clerics (I think there are 4 that rotate in and out of the group) and of course, the bard. Torgga loves to sing (especially if there is good ale handy) and has made up a couple of songs about her group of partners, which I'll post later when I've more time. The picture above is just a day-dream that Torgga had once, of herself trying to fend off an evil mage.

The twin gnomish acrobat thieves are lots of fun! Hugs and Tugs, (of which I play Hugs) are a blast to have running around with a party of fun-loving players. There's the NPC Darinos, who no one really knows what he is, though I've got my suspicions, as does my twin. Out of character I know what he is, but until the whole party does, I'm keeping my mouth shut on the subject. Then there's the cleric of the party, a man who is greedier than the gnomes,
more hack & slash than the fighter, and not quite as clever as the fighter's pet squirrel. The mage of our party is a great gal to have around, but she tends to get into trouble with her lustful habits with farmboys. The druid is a terrific character, but she's got some development left to do before she's truely greatness. Then there's the half-orc fighter, with the smart pet squirrel, who likes to make fun of the cleric and the gnomes. Last but not least, my favorite character
in our game, an NPC named Windsor. A fairy dragon, he's very pretty with butterfly wings, standing a little shorter than the gnomes. He's a lecherous dragon, and likes to hit on every female party member, especially the mage and druid since he knows them. He's getting to know the gnomes now, though, and he did make that "they're just about the right size" comment earlier...well, we'll just say that Windsor is very cool. Tugs wants nothing to do with him,
and Hugs (me) thinks he's cute, and would love to...get to know him better. For now though, she'll settle for dancing on air.
My latest adventure/project has been to write my own single adventure, sort of a one-character thieves guild exam series. The response to it from a large gaming group has been overwhelmingly positive, and I think it will do well with any first level, third edition thief. It's designed to leave a lot of room for DM creativity, while letting the thief have a lot of room to be creative as well. I'm used to characters who make things up on the fly, so I created an idea based around that.
