2004 - Summer Artists' Potluck Picnic! - Photos
2004 Art Crawl featuring AWDA members:
The Artists with Disabilities Alliance (AWDA) will participate in the Saint Paul Art Crawl on:
Friday and Saturday, October 8-9, with the art work remaining up through November 10, 2004, on the main floor of the Renaissance Box building, 509 Sibley Street. Enter the building through the Magic Carpet Café.

The Art Crawl hours are:
Friday, October 8, 6:00 to 10:00 PM
Saturday, October 9, 1:00 to 6:00 PM

AWDA Artists will include Tara Innmon, Jane Gerus, MariJane Duchene, Terry Mayer, Lynn Schwartz and Rachel Parker. Readings of poetry and stories may also take place. Monique Bourgerie will assist. Other AWDA artists are invited to participate by calling Tara Innmon at 612-376-7779 or tarainnmon@visi.com.

Directions:
Located in the Wacouta Commons section of downtown St. Paul, the building sits kitty-corner to Embassy Suites on 10th Street.
From Minneapolis: Take I-94 east to downtown St. Paul. You can either take the 10th Street exit and go as far as you can on 10th. Or you can pass the 5th & 10th Street exits, stay on 94 East, and take the next right on the 7th Street exit Take a right on 7th, and then a right on Wacouta, you're real close, take a left on 9th, and one more block and you're at Sibley Street where you will see the Renaissance Box, the Loading Dock Theater and the Magic Carpet Café to your right. The lot next to the Magic Carpet Café is not monitored evenings, or you can park on the street if you find a space in the midst of all the construction.
From Wisconsin: Take 94 West to 12th St/Capitol exit, then a left on Jackson and then a left on 9th Street. Drive half a block, and the Renaissance Box will be located on your left.
From North 35E: Take 35E South into downtown St. Paul. Exit at Wacouta/10th, take a right onto 10th Street, drive a block, the Renaissance Box will be located on your left.

The annual Artability at Apollo exhibit
featuring works by artists with mental illness, will be held Oct. 7-9 at:
Apollo Resource Center, 313 N. Dale St., St. Paul.
The show is free and open to the public:
Thurs. Oct. 7, 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. (opening reception at 7:00)
Fri. Oct. 8, 10:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Sat. Oct. 9, noon to 5:00 p.m.
