In
1986, an insulin dependent, diabetic, 68 year old woman, Mrs.
Jane D. Duchene, was murdered in a nursing home. Her insulin
was taken away from her, by doctor's orders, with the entire
nursing home, her doctor, and her brother and sister in law
watching the gruesome and preventable premature death.
This was a terrible death and
medical murder. It took 30 days for Jane to die from ketoacidosis
because the doctor took 2/3 of her insulin away, not all of
it.
Worse, the local Dakota County
(MN) Government covered this murder up for more than 20 years,
ongoing.
This site contains objective
proof of the statements above, in medical records, court transcripts
and more. The story is complex and reviewing the evidence
requires patience.
A portrait of Jane is shown
to the left, as she was just before she was murdered. Mrs.
Duchene was a ordinary Minnesotan, and had been clerk for
the police department of West. St. Paul, for many years. She
should have been safe with this middle class social standing,
Thank
you for coming to this site and for caring, about Mrs. Duchene
and the potential danger this precedent is
to your own medical care.

James Backstrom Investigated: 1|2|3|4|5|6
ATTORNEY
Comment on March 09, 2009, Star Tribune Article "What
is the role of pathologist in law and order?
"James
Backstrom is Minnesota's Mike Nifong, a lying POS!
Does
Mr. Backstrom care about the truth, or does he care
only about putting people behind bars regardless of
their guilt or innocence, or even the county in which
they are prosecuted? He has already gone before the
state legislature and testified about marijuana, and
now he wants to stop criminal defendants from having
the same access to expert testimony that he, his staff
and the other county attorneys in the state have. Yes,
that is exactly the kind of criminal "justice"
system we need. One where the state can simply run the
defendant into prison on a rail by keeping him from
being able to mount a good defense. Stripped down to
its bare components, this is nothing more than witness
tampering, but on a grand scale. As a county attorney,
Mr. Backstrom is supposed to be dedicated to truth and
justice, but this story starkly illustrates that he
is anything but. Backstrom should be censured by the
Lawyers Board of Professional Responsibility. Backstrom
makes me ashamed to call myself an attorney."

Richard
Hendrickson, Minnesota
Attorney, recently, in 2003, was shot in Hennepin
County Government Center, Minnesota, by Susan Berkovitz,
in connection with a probate case. Hendrickson also
represented Bessie Krause, pictured
linked page, in probate court, knowingly
assisting her to profit from the crime of murder, committed
by Bessie and Dr. Victor Corbett. Hendrickson assisted
Bessie Krause for about eight years.
-
Only
after Bessie Krause had run up a $30,000.00 debt for
legal fees; which he mistakenly hoped to recover from
the estate of Jane Duchene, or her only child, daughter,
Mary Jane; did Hendrickson drop Bessie Krause as a client.
-
It
does appear that closer scrutiny of Richard Henrickson's
legal practice, and the extent to which he is still
associated with apparent milking of estates and subordinating
criminal acts, in conjunction with estates and probates,
possibly including the Berkovitz matter, is something
that should be done by authorities in Hennepin County?

This
site has important information and evidence that impacts
all Diabetics, legally and medically, and could be life
saving in many circumstances. The Jane D. Duchene case
is legal
precedent, RE: state and federal law, that makes
it legal for medical personnel to terminate diabetic
patients. Jane Duchene and others killed in medical
environments, often are also victims of financial
abuse, and fraud, or are poor enough to be considered
a drain on HMO Plans or Government Medical Assistance
Plans, by discontinuing their insulin, thereby causing
diabetic patients,
and other disabled patients
with illness more serious than diabetes, a painful,
horrifying death.
-
-
Public
opinion is an important factor in the criminal justice
system, in terms of whether or not the Minnesota Attorney
General responds to any criminal matter. Therefore to
insure this representative case of medical murder of
a diabetic, is not continue to be commonplace, behind
closed doors in medical institutions, where there is
little or no scrutiny, informed protest, in the form
of signed and notarized affidavits sent to DDA, (click
on affidavits), is one of the few factors that insures
that the
law up held and public
safety is maintained.
