Individual investors have to rely on company disclosure to provide accurate use of proceeds, profit projections, market and product viability, and competition. These projections are going to be aggressive and obviously optimistic. They come from the people that started and run the company.
MMG offers "Due Diligence". If the investment is something that our current members want to participate in. Then we will link those members together to give them stronger buying power than just a singular investor would have.
