Our first
Modified was a 1992 Pro Chassis. Art went partnership with Loren Wellen.
Loren raced the street class in Greenbush before. He had the number 0 and
we had the number 27 so we combined the numbers and like the number 20 so that
was our new number. We raced at Glyndon, Langdon, Hamilton and Greenbush.
Loren did the racing in Greenbush and finished 4th in points. Art raced in
Hamilton and finished 2nd in points and got the award of “Rookie
of the Year”, we also finished 2nd at Midseason Track Championship Hamilton
Speedway. This was another learning experience. We had a lot of fun
learning the ropes of the WISSOTA class.
