Instead of trying to identify each object or skin and telling you exactly where I got them, I am just going to put links to the most likely places where I might have gotten them. I am doing this primarily, because I really don't know where I got some things (like the pulpit, can anyone help me?). I may update later for specific objects if I have the time.
