CLHOLEGIRL@aol.com - I think the part of the song " I Think that I would die" where Courtney sings, "There is no milk" she is saying that after she got her breast implants there is no milk to breastfeed Frances with. But maybe it's just me. Also the part where's she's singing about wanting her baby is that people don't find her suitable to be a mother so she feels as if her baby is being taken away from her.

Which is very clear in the lines "I want my baby, where is my baby, i want my baby, who took my baby?" also in the line, "It's...not...yours...F*CK YOU!" Courtney was heartbroken when this happened and it's very evident in this song.
