Section 4: Secrets of Revenge

1. Unlock Curt Hennig and the World Heavyweight Championship Mode
Win all 9 matches of the US Heavyweight Championship mode.
2. Unlock Roddy Piper
Win all 9 matches of the World Heavyweight Championship mode.
3. Unlock Kidman and the TV Title Mode
Win all 9 matches of the Cruiserweight Championship mode.
4. Unlock Kanyon / Mortis
Win all 9 matches of the TV Title mode.
5. Unlock Meng and Barbarian
Win all 9 matches of the Tag Team Championship mode.
6. Trick to Play as Managers/Valets
Start a 1-on-1 game involving wrestlers with a manager/valet. Hit
the Z button on Controller 3 and 4 during the match to take control
of them.
7. Sting Entrance from the Rafters
See Sting come down from the rafters in a 40-man Battle Royal with
Preset Order (don't choose him as one of the first four wrestlers
or you won't see it).
Note on Game Shark Code to Reveal Other "Hiddens"
Apparently, there are incomplete wrestlers, managers, and valets that were
left in the game but were never ready to be made accessible, can be made
playable through the use of Game Shark codes. For those of you who may not
know, the Game Shark "hacks" the game and enables you to access items
and/or do things that in most cases the developers didn't mean for players
to be able to access in such a way or at all (either for technical or
legal reasons, in this case because these characters weren't finished).
A Game Shark code that allows you to access all the managers, valets, and
hidden wrestlers, including the incomplete ones, has been circulating the
newsgroups:

Replace the four ???? with one of the following digits to unlock the
corresponding manager/valet/incomplete-wrestler:
0007 Roddy Piper*
0105 Meng*
0106 Barbarian*
0207 Curt Hennig*
0404 Kanyon*
0503 Kidman*
0403 Wrath (He has moves and his 2 finishers but he wears Sting's
costume)
0801 Eric Bischoff (This is the one that accompanies Hogan to the
ring, not the normally selectable one. This one has
no moves)
0802 Sonny Onoo (Not intended to be controlled by a player)
0803 Jimmy Hart (Not intended to be controlled by a player)
0804 Rick Rude (Not intended to be controlled by a player, has
punches and kicks only, no Grapple)
0805 Dusty Rhodes (Not intended to be controlled by a player)
0806 Ted DiBiase (Incomplete, has his name spelled "Ted Debiase"
and looks like Vincent)
0807 James Vandenberg (Incomplete, looks like Vincent)
0808 Vincent (Not intended to be controlled by a player)
0901 Miss Elizabeth (Not intended to be controlled by a player)
0902 Kimberly (Not intended to be controlled by a player)
0903 Jackreen (Incomplete, looks like an altered Sting)
0904 Sister Sherri (Incomplete)
0905 Woman (Incomplete, looks like Meng)
The six with a *(astric) are complete and can be unlocked normally using the methods in this section
It's very unlikely these can be unlocked in any way without a Game
Shark (ie. in any way actually intended). In order to avoid frequent
crashes when using these codes, do the following: After entering the
codes and setting up a match, do nothing at the beginning of the match,
the manager/valet should be standing outside the ring. Hit (C-Right) to
change your focus then press the Game Shark button. Your manager/valet
should now be in the ring and under your control, but they don't have
many moves and can't grapple. The incomplete wrestlers who don't have a
unique taunt/pose of their own will just do someone else's.
Also, according to Mac, if you enter the code 8107F07C FFFF, it will
not only allow you to play as Wrath, but also make him an unlocked hidden
character as if you got him the way you got the six completed hiddens.
It saves it so you can choose him on the select screen in the future
without using the Game Shark again. This would lead one to believe that
Wrath was definitely intended to be a hidden character that you could
play as normally once you find him if they had actually finished him.
