Coors Golden Quality Brew Coors Golden was Coor's near-beer made from 1919 to 1933. Near-beer is made by removing the alcohol from an already brewed beer (~0.5% alchohol). Coors used this beer to make ends meet during prohibition and to insure their facilities were ready to produce after repeal. |
