Slave Girl Moolah 09/18/56 Baltimore, MD Moolah defeats Judy Grable in the finals of a tournament to crown the first women's champion. This title actually pre-dates the WWWF but became a WWWF Title in 1963 when NWA Northeast withdraws from the NWA and becomes the WWWF.  Sometime during the course of this title reign Moolah changes her name from Slave Girl Moolah to The Fabulous Moolah.

Jacqueline 09/15/98 Sacramento, CA Defeats Sable to win the revived title.
Sable 11/15/98 St. Louis, MO  
Debra McMichael 05/10/99 Jacksonville, FL Nicole Bass was substituting for Sable and defeated McMichael in an evening gown match.  WWF Commissioner Shawn Michaels reversed the decision saying he felt that the woman that lost her gown should be the winner and awarded the title to McMichael.
Ivory 06/08/99 Worcester, MA Ivory was also known as Tina Ferarri in the GLOW promotion during the mid 80's
The Fabulous Moolah (8) 10/17/99 Cleveland, OH  
Ivory (2) 10/25/99 Providence, RI Moolah initially came out to the ring to retire and vacate the championship, but Ivory demanded a rematch and pinned Moolah to win the championship.
Miss Kitty 12/12/99 Ft. Lauderdale, FL Defeated Ivory, BB & Jacqueline in a four corners evening gown match.
