Ineffective as a direct attack, this attack is merely used as a distraction, and is representative of Chibi moon's Growing magical powers
2.Moon Prism Power
This phrase enables Chibi-Usa to take the form of Sailor Chibi-Moon alongside Sailor Moon, and takes several different forms as the series progresses. During Sailor Moon Super Stars, Sailor Chibi-Moon and Sailor Moon transform together with the lockets given to them by the benevolent spirit, Pegasus.
3.Moon Gorgeous Meditation
This phrase, when said with Sailor Moon, allows both her and Sailor Chibi-Moon to release a powerful arc of positive lunar magic. Both Senshi are enveloped in a sheath of brilliant white light and gain the ability of flight during the duration of this incantation.
