         they are steady should get an increase for  example they show
         they are steady and serious for three weeks and then they can
         get $10 allowance.

         OLDER NEWLY SAVED

                      Should get $10-00 a week through their guardians
         if they are serious and they too can get an increase as they
         show they are serious and steady.

         VISITORS

                      Visitors must move in rightly and until then
         should not get an allowance but maybe a $1.00 a day through
         their guardians.

         TROUBLE SPOTS

                      Must be seen as working and if they are working should be given an allowance   through their guardians only.
