 MESSY TACOS

 1 pound ground beef
 1 can refried beans
 1 can chili no beans
 1 bag tortilla chips
 1 bottle pace picante sauce
 1 large tomatoe, chopped
 1 medium head of lettuce, shredded
 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
 1 small carton sour cream
 Brown and drain ground beef

 Stir together ground beef, refried beans, and chili.  Simmer until hot.  
 Put ground beef mixture over bed of tortila chips.  
 garnish with the rest of the ingredients.
