When we saw this cute little TV in the local store, we knew that it was a must have for all Disney fans. Can't you just imagine playing Squaresoft's Kingdom Hearts on this Disney themed television? We saw only the Classic Red version in Target, so imagine my surprise and delight when I went online and found out that there were 2 additional color theme choices! Why didn't they do this with the Hello Kitty TVs and make a powder blue fairy TV which is what I really wanted!

The Memorex Disney TV is the most unique 13" inch television that I have ever seen. Where other theme TVs have the characters emblazoned on the front in some way and maintain the normal TV shape, Memorex has taken the Disney TV design one step further and given the chassis a unique two-tone color and a style that includes feet that the main body of the television stand on and those famous Mickey Mouse ears as removable speakers! You heard right! The ears that are mounted on top of this television can actually be removed from the top of the television set, but I can't imagine why you would want to do that except in the case of placing it in an entertainment center without adjustable shelves. In that case it might be understandable since the Disney TV is quite a bit larger than your typical 13"-inch television; coming in at a height of 20.7" inches tall.

The Disney TV has front and rear AV outputs with monoaural output. That's typical for most 13" inch televisions. It's control button layout on the front of the TV is designed in the shape of the classic Mickey Mouse logo which adds to this television's charm. It also comes with a full function remote control with matching color scheme. But, one of the most important aspects of the Disney TV is the fact that it contains V-chip technology. This is an essential factor in television choice for parents with children. The V-chip technology helps parents by allowing them to set the TV to block television programs that are above the parent's choice level. I love seeing parents actually putting this technology into use!

For those who need it, the Disney TV comes equipped with closed-captioning abilities and also has multilingual menus in English, Spanish and French.
So if you are a big Disney fan or have children or relatives who's rooms could benefit from a little Disney magic then I would suggest you give one of these Memorex Disney 13"-inch televisions a try and watch as huge smiles magically appear upon happy faces! The Disney televisions come three different styles: Classic (red and yellow Disney styling), Buzz and Beyond (white and green Disney/Pixar styling) and Princess (pink and blue Princess styling). And there are a number of matching accessories including DVD players and clocks so you can coordinate your or your child's room!
