Some minor adjustments to punting and kickoff return yards.
Also some more wind effects and adjusted fatigue factors.
Average per punt return will be less, and KO returns will increase.

Fatigue is addressed in this file so backup RBs & WRs will see more action and at the same time, it will decrease the chance of one back of rushing for over 200 yards.
Also, defense reaction time has been increased and the file overall has performed very well.

FB99.ini file made to work with Total Package IV.

All aspects of version 1.4 through 1.5 are included in this file.

This file is made to work with Sierra's new Patch #3.
You can also use it with, or without Total Package IV by Charlie.

I feel this is my best one yet. Rushing yardage will improve. Passing yardage will decrease. Keep in mind though that it depends on how good the opponets defense is. Punt return yardage is perfect. Kick return yardage will increase somewhat.
This file will cause some penalties now. As in real football, the ref's will throw flags. I even saw offsetting penalties using this file.
This file was tested using Sierra's patch 3 and all games were a watched sim. Your stats in coach mode or arcade may varry. Please give me any feedback you might have. I hope this one works for you.
