William Tresler married Delilah Ballard (1832) in 1852 in Shelby County, Indiana.

Among the children of William and Delilah (Ballard) Tresler was Sarah E.(1852).

Sarah E. Trusler (1852-1880) was born in Indiana.  She was raised by her maternal grandparents, Medley and Catherine Ballard.  She was living with them in Harrison County, Missouri in 1860 and 1870.  In 1871 in Harrison County, Missouri, she married William Dudley King (1851-1940).  She died in 1880 in Harrison County, Missouri.

The children of William Dudley and Sarah E. (Trusler) King were:  Lizzie Mae (1871), Ida, William Riley (1878), and Amanda Florence (1880).
