Precautions: Individuals who have trouble getting on and off the floor, lower back and/or spinal issues, neck weakness or injury, does not work the abdominals through a full ROM
Main Joint Actions and Muscles used:
Trunk flexion=rectus abdominis and some obliques, Neck Stabilization=supra & infra-hyoid muscles
