Subject: Possible big Favor to fellow travellers, Punky, Lew & Achi 2

Hi Bruce and List: Thanks for the offer to help if we shipped to DC. We are now shipping our sick 2000 KLR650 to Miami partially dismantled in a smaller crate for a lower cargo fare of $800 including crate, transport to the airport and customs documents. Two other American's we met, Todd and Hugh from DC, are shipping a KLR650 and a DR650 fully assembled for $1585 each to Miami. If anyone in the Miami area has a truck to pick us and the crate up at the Miami International Airport Monday April 14 at 4:40am, please let me know. We will need a place to re-assemble the bike for a few hours. We then plan to ride to Lake Worth, FL and look for a place to rent. If anyone knows of a good used KLR650 motor that fits my bike for sale at a reasonable price, please let me know. I think it is time for a heart transplant. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Ready or not, here we come America.
