Hunter Remington Osborn

Hunter R. Osborn, age 7, of Lime Ridge, died on Saturday, Oct. 9, 2004, at the University Children's Hospital in Madison. He was born on Oct. 16, 1996, in Reedsburg, the son of Mindy (Jensen) and Joseph Osborn. Hunter was a very strong fighter during his illness. He was full of life and enjoyed life, going four wheeling, playing video games, using the computer and shopping on E-Bay by himself. He had a lot of love for his parents, his siblings and especially enjoyed his uncle, Ben. He enjoyed his motorcycle rides and art, especially drawing, which he was very good at, even better when shared with his uncle, Ben. Hunter enjoyed school and his special teachers, Mrs. Lewis and Nora. He also enjoyed giving his special doctor, Stephen Kincaid of Reedsburg, a very hard time. He is survived by his parents, Mindy and Joe Osborn of Lime Ridge; his siblings, Elizabeth and Joey, at home in Lime Ridge; grandparents, Gary and Sue Jensen of Ironton, Beverly and Arlin Conger of LaValle, Linda and Mike Stromberg of Reedsburg, and Robert Osborn of Madison; great-grandparents, Marvin and Betty Jensen of Reedsburg, Boyd and Delores Potter of LaValle, Lyle and Dee Gudenschwager of Adams, Ed and Janet Stromberg of LaValle, and Diane Bochar of Baraboo; great-great-grandfather, Alfred Gudenschwager of Loganville; special uncles, Joe Jensen of Las Vegas, Marc (Kara) Drager of Reedsburg, Erik (Tammy) Knull of Loganville, Ben Stromberg of Winona, Minn., Nathan Stromberg of Reedsburg, and Brad Osborn of Madison; special aunts, Kelly (Jeff) Potts of Sauk City, and Heather Remington of Mauston; other family special to him, Brad Wollin and Kelli Wollin of Reedsburg; along with many other aunts, uncles, cousins, classmates, a host of friends and his doctors and nurses. Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, Oct. 13, 2004, at 11 a.m. in TRINITY BAPTIST CHURCH, Reedsburg, with Pastor Michael Lopp officiating. Burial will follow in Cole Cemetery. Friends may call on Tuesday from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the FARBER FUNERAL HOME and again at the church on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
