A SUDDEN DEATH.
A Resident of Oshkosh for Thirty-Five Years Expires With Appoplexy.
Mr. Richardson Osborn died yesterday afternoon about 2 o'clock, at his home on the corner of Division and Polk streets. On the evening previous, he was stricken with an attack of appoplexy, under which he sank rapidly, and the efforts of his physicians were unavailing to prevent his speedy demise.
Mr. Osborn was born in Binghamton, N.Y., and was 63 years old. He had resided in Oshkosh for thirty-five years, and was the brother of Mr. A. K. Osborn. He was very popular and esteemed; honorable and just in his business and social relations, and was of an amiable, cheery disposition. The time of the funeral has not yet been decided on.
