Amanda, Our Graduate

Amanda Michelle is a graduate,
A new life she will begin;
New roads she will travel,
She'll face life with a grin.

She'll continue her education,
I pray she never stops learning;
That's the secret to staying young,
Knowledge, please don't quit yearning.

Life will have its ups and downs,
But I pray Amanda will flourish;
I want for her the best in life,
Her soul, I hope she will nourish.

Amanda, to you I make this plea,
Never give up on life;
The road will often be difficult,
Whether astronaut, teacher or wife.

This life is filled with miracles,
And happiness and joy abound;
So, Amanda Michelle, our graduate,
