Come to the Victor

Our world runs rampant,
With injustice and sin;
But our Lord is with us,
And one day the weak will win.

We pray and we fight,
To bring about only good;
God has us in His sight,
And our pain is understood.

It may seem like the wicked are winning,
The arrogant may win the war;
But God will always fight for us,
And the victor is Jesus our Lord.

Jesus Christ lived the perfect life,
He healed and taught good to all;
But the people did not know Him,
And, by their sins, they took a fall.

Jesus died on that ugly cross,
He died so we could live;
He was raised from the dead,
So eternal life He could give.

Accept Jesus into your heart,
Ask Him to forgive your sins;
Come to the Victor with all you have,
And eternal life you will win.
