Friends and family gather round,
Joy and fun in every sound;
A fall festival precedes the cold,
Fun for all, young and old.

The wagon's stacked with the hay,
And the tractor will lead the way;
The fire roars with flames of red,
Weiners are roasted and kids are fed.

Marshmallows and chocolate make a treat,
That young and old love to eat;
Smores, hotdogs and good hot soup,
Will chase the chill from our group.

Companionship, chatter and lots of grins,
Make our night magic as shared with friends;
Fall is a special time for me,
All my friends, I love to see.

Our brothers in Christ gather round,
Love for each other we have found;
At our fall festival we will cheer,
Autumn's a special time of year.

Fall opens the shining door,
To the holiday season and much more,
Of peace and joy we'll sing a song,
As the Christmas season comes along.

I have always wanted to do a Halloween page but Halloween in one of those holidays I just don't get caught up in. This year though we had a "Fall Festival" at our church and it was wonderful so I thought I would share that.
