When the path gets steep and hard to climb,
Hang in there - God will show the way;
When the water is deep and you can't swim,
Hang in there -Jesus will save the day.

Our roads in life are often mighty rough,
But Jesus knows every step we take;
So hang in there, keep doing right,
The Lord will reward, He is here for your sake.



If your tears blind you to the good,
God will give you comfort and peace as a gift;
So hang in there and keep on praying,
Jesus will show up and give your spirit a lift.



When your heart breaks and pieces are shattered,
Don't lose the ability to love and to hope,
Hang in there - Jesus sees your pain,
He will comfort you and help you cope.

Pain and difficulty are a part of this life,
Because our world is oh so broken;
But hang in there, we have Jesus,
"I am with you always" are words He has spoken.
