He Is Alive   He is alive! This Jesus whom I love; He gave up His glory, And came from above. He died a cruel death, So my sins were wiped away; But He arose again And is alive to this day. I can live my life, Filled with His praise; For He gave me a new outcome, And showed me His way. Jesus is alive, This you can believe; He came to save us And to give us relief. He reigns with glory again, As He sits beside His Father; He listens to our prayers, And never thinks them a bother.
