For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given:
and the government shall be upon his shoulder:
and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor,
The mighty God, The everlasting Father,
The Prince of Peace.   Isaiah  9:6

Jesus is With Me

I have lived many a year,
I've felt great pain and sorrow;
But one thing I have learned,
God will bring tomorrow.

Jesus is with me at all times,
He will dry my tears and give me a smile;
He will fill me with His everlasting joy;
When I sit with Him for a while.

Jesus knows about my past,
But He doesn't hold it against me;
He has forgiven all my sins,
He has set my weary soul free.

I need Him every day,
I need Him every hour;
If I didn't spend time with Him,
My life would surely sour.

Jesus gives me His strength,
To do the things I need to do;
If you accept Him into your heart,
He will give His strength to you.
