All
alone
and
on
her
own,
Two
children
she
has
to
raise;
Helping
with
homework
fills
her
nights,
Elderly
fill
up
her
days.
Her
soul
mate
is
gone,
A great
love
they
shared;
She
sometimes
cries,
It
just
isn't
fair.
A new
life
she
builds,
Because
life
goes
on;
The
pain
she
has
suffered,
Has
made
her
strong.
In
God,
Tessie
trusts,
As
did
her
man;
They
knew
He'd
provide,
The
best
for
His
plan.
Tessie
is
a great
mom,
Love,
her
children
know;
And
with
her
quiet
guidance,
Her
children
will
surely
grow.
Tessie
is
independent,
She
stands
on
her
own;
But
she
can
now
ask
for
help,
When
she
feels
all
alone.
My
middle
girl
she
is,
And
I love
her
with
heart;
I want
to
ease
her
pain,
Give
her
a brand
new
start.
I'm
proud
of
my
girl,
So
strong
she
has
grown;
I might
have
prepared
her
better,
If
only
I had
known.
Life
goes
on
day
after
day,
And
my
girl
will
do
fine;
She
is
one
I take
pride
in,
This
middle
child
of
mine.
