I have a little angel,
Who has taught me well;
He has shown me God's wonders,
Many stories he has to tell.

He radiates only love,
Even when treatment is not good;
When I see his reactions,
I have not always understood.

This little angel of mine,
Patience he has taught;
Forgiveness he has shown,
When pain others wrought.

My little angel,
Has dealt with problems great;
But he doesn't yell and scream,
He doesn't curse his fate.



He welcomes all in his life,
He loves all who enter in;
He pours out God's love,
He does not see men's sin.

Have faith like a child,
The Master said to us;
This angel taught me how,
With no glory and no fuss.
