The narrow path is rather lonely,
So few want to walk the path;
It isn't an easy road to follow,
But it keeps one from God's wrath.
One must learn to forgive,
And not grow hate in their heart;
Praise the Lord for His love,
He died for sinners, His plan from the start.
A tiny baby was born,
He had 10 fingers and 10 toes;
Of course He will learn and grow,
But can He save the world from its woes?
Jesus went to the cross,
Carrying the sins of man;
Because of His great love,
In God's will we can stand.
I pray for each person,
Each woman, child and man;
Who does not know Jesus,
And His love that is so grand.
I pray each person can find faith,
I pray they will find peace;
I pray they will find Jesus,
And from their sins, release.
Walking the path with Jesus,
Makes life truly fine;
Yes, there are many hardships,
But He calms the heart that pines.
