2015 quickly approaches,
Thoughts bring pictures of the past;
As each new year comes to us,
We know that it won't last.

2014 had its ups and downs,
Many happy times were seen;
Three new babies in our family,
Make life seem much like a dream.

But there was illness in our year,
Pain was felt by some;
But God gave strength to endure,
We latched on to every crumb.

We had a wonderful trip,
We visited museums and shopped;
We traveled to the west,
And Kansas was where we stopped.

Memories of the year gone by,
Fill my heart with cheer;
For God was with me every day,
He will be there in the new year.
