Jingle Bells, the silent snow has fallen,
Everything is covered in white;
It looks like Christmas time is here,
Oh! What a beautiful sight!
Christmas lights glow in the snow,
Icicles hang from the gutters;
But the poor people who must clean up,
You can almost hear their mutters.
The shoppers are in a frenzy,
They are ready to get up and go;
They want to get their shopping done,
Even in the silent snow.
In the beauty of glistening snow,
Peace can fill my heart;
The joyous sounds of the season,
Give Christmas a glorious start.
We celebrate Jesus' birthday,
Even Santa knows that fact;
Jesus was born on this day,
Following the Father's holy track.
We celebrate His birthday,
We do it year after year;
Because He died for our sins,
A thought which brings a tear.
