Speak to Him
I speak to him,
He looks out in space;
I speak again,
With no change to his face.
Again I speak,
And a light turns on,
Once more I speak,
And then comes the dawn.
He was an auditory learner,
But I heard that door slam;
It's hard to know how to lead him,
But God strengthens who I am.
I pray the Lord will heal him,
I pray he will again hear;
But my Lord knows our pain,
And He will relieve my fear.
God is always in control,
He gives us strength and peace;
And from this trial in life,
He will give release.
